ABOUT ME

Spending 25 years working as a professional dancer/aerialist here in Las Vegas and around the world.

My passion has always been movement. 

I found a love for Pilates through my years of training.

After working with acclaimed teacher Dolly K here in Las Vegas I became a certified teacher. And have had the great pleasure to be teaching for the last 6 years.  

I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the challenge.

Health and Fitness is not only about what your body looks like on the outside, but also on the inside! Pilates is a great tool to make this happen. 

I will make sure your body and mind find the right balance.

Is Pilates for you?

Once you try Pilates, you will be hooked.

Many people find a love for Pilates as they have been introduced by Dr or friend due to injuries or over training.

Pilates is low impact exercise that focuses on improving postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. 

Pilates can help align your entire body, creating optimal strength through balance.

It uses a total mind body connection making it a welcome addition to any workout routine. 

As well as giving you a welcomed break from your thoughts.

Are you recovering from an injury?

Looking to add a recovery stretch day to your routine?

Interested in a full body low impact workout?

Classes can be tailored to each individual client.

REFORMER/ TOWER PRIVATES

Look Good, Feel Good

The unique program I’ve developed will help burn calories, boost metabolism and improve your overall health. 

A fusion between strengthening and stretching leaves your body feeling balanced.

This is a great option for a full body workout or if you are recovering from an injury.

Using a combination of the Reformer and tower.

Adding lots of props like the yoga block, Pilates ball even a bootie band.

The goal is that you leave feeling better than when you started.

PILATES AT HOME

Personal Lesson at home

Do you prefer to work out in the comfort of your home? Many people these days have created spaces at home but just need the direction and guidance of an instructor.

This option has the benefit of having an instructor come to you. 

Whether you own your own reformer or you prefer to take a Pilates Mat class at home.

This will be a perfect addition to your workout.

STRETCH CLASS

A Healthier You

Tight chest? trouble straightening your legs because you sit at a desk too much?

When you work hard you should be sure to take care of your body.

This class is a manipulated stretch class, perfect for someone who suffers from being pulled in many directions but doesn't get the chance to take time to stretch or recover.
