WHERE IS YOUR STUDIO BASED?

Located inside the prestigious private Kilo Club gym, located in Tivoil Village, Summerlin Las Vegas.

HOW LONG IS A LESSON? AND WHAT DO YOU DO?

Lessons usually are 55 minutes, using a combination of the Reformer and Tower.

Each lesson works through each body part with a focus on whatever you prefer.

finishing with a complete body stretch.

Leaving you feeling refreshed and balanced. 

CAN ANYONE TRY PILATES?

Yes, absolutely. I have clients that range in age and fitness levels.
I also can focus on a lesson that is tailored to an injury if you are recovering.
Even a recovery day if you are a professional athlete.

DO I NEED ANYTHING TO TAKE A LESSON?

Just yoga pants or shorts, clothes you can freely move in. 

Barefoot is preferred, but yoga/Pilates sticky socks can also be used. 


HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK CAN I TAKE A PILATES LESSON?

Many clients prefer to take 2 to 3 lessons a week. but there isn't a required amount.
Just what you enjoy and what your body needs.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PRIVATE LESSONS WITH YOU OR A STUDIO THAT HAS BIG CLASSES?

While group classes are lower priced and defiantly great with a group, they tend to make it difficult for a teacher to spend quality time with a student and miss many exercise mistakes.
1 on 1 lessons make it easier to work on imbalances and focus on the class being exactly what you need.
